WildTrackPro Ltd This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and constitutes the modern slavery and human trafficking statement of WildTrackPro Ltd (“the Company”) for the financial year ending 2025.

1. Commitment

WildTrackPro Ltd is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and labour exploitation have no place within our organisation or supply chains. We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with our obligations under the Act.

2. Organisational Structure and Business

WildTrackPro Ltd is a UK-based company providing wildlife data management software, consultancy, and associated field services to landowners, estates, and conservation organisations. The Company operates primarily within the United Kingdom and maintains a relatively limited supply chain compared to larger organisations. Our suppliers predominantly include:

  • Technology service providers (software development, cloud hosting, IT infrastructure);
  • Hardware and field equipment suppliers;
  • Professional service providers (legal, financial, and consultancy);
  • Office and operational consumables.

3. Supply Chain Risk

Given the nature and scope of our operations, the Company considers its direct risk exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking to be low. However, we recognise that no sector or supply chain is immune to such risks. Accordingly, the Company adopts a precautionary approach and applies appropriate due diligence measures to mitigate any potential risk.

4. Policies

WildTrackPro Ltd has implemented internal policies to support compliance with the Act, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier Code of Conduct – requiring suppliers and contractors to comply with applicable legislation, including the prohibition of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour.
  • Whistleblowing Policy – encouraging employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report concerns regarding malpractice or unethical behaviour, with protection from retaliation.
  • Ethical Procurement Policy – ensuring procurement processes consider ethical and legal compliance in addition to commercial criteria

5. Due Diligence and Risk Management

The Company undertakes reasonable and proportionate due diligence in respect of its supply chains, which may include:

  • Conducting pre-contractual reviews of suppliers to assess compliance with the Act;
  • Preferring suppliers that publish their own Modern Slavery Act Statements where applicable;
  • Contractual provisions requiring adherence to ethical labour standards;
  • Periodic monitoring of supplier performance and risk exposure. and worker data.

6. Training & Awareness

The Company provides training and guidance to relevant employees to ensure awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks, including how to identify indicators of exploitation and the appropriate channels for raising concerns.

7. Future Steps

WildTrackPro Ltd is committed to continuous improvement in its approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. In the forthcoming financial year, the Company will:

  • Review supplier due diligence processes and contractual requirements;
  • Enhance employee awareness and training programmes;
  • Reassess its risk exposure on an annual basis.

8. Board Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of WildTrackPro Ltd and will be reviewed and published annually in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
